The South Texas Amateur Golf Tour (STX Am Tour) is a competitive golf league built by golfers, for golfers. We bring together amateur players from across San Antonio and South Texas for a full season of events at the region's finest courses — and we're home to the South Texas Matchplay Challenge.

The STX Am Tour is designed to be welcoming and competitive at the same time. Every event is handicapped and flighted so you're always competing against players at your level — no sandbaggers, no gimmicks, just golf. No membership required. Show up when you want, sit out when you can't. The tour works around your life.

Points earned across the season build toward a year-end standings race, and it all culminates in a Ryder Cup–style showdown against the Houston Amateur Golf Association — the biggest event on the calendar. In a city rich with golf, the STX Am Tour is your home for amateur golf where competition is fierce, but the camaraderie is uplifting.
