~ 18 Hole 2-Person Modified Alternate Shot, Gross & Net ~ Double Points
07/22/23 ~ 2-person Team Mod. Alt. Shot -
Modified Alternate Shot - Both players hit a tee shot on every hole. The team selects the best shot to play, and THE OTHER players hits that ball from that location. Alternating that process until ball is holed. Record one score for the team per hole.

***ALL GOLFERS MUST CHECK IN AT REGISTRATION AREA LOCATED IN THE CEDAR CLUBHOUSE. Registration opens @ 6:30am. Golfer Check-in, Skins, TO-PAY LIST Golfers & Senior Tee Box Assignments will all be handled at the registration area
***You may drive your own golf cart down to the driving range and back up to the putting green area. The opening announcements will take place on/around the putting green at 7:50am
***MANY PAIRINGS HAVE CHANGED*** Flight Placement Dictates TEE BOX SELECTION!
***This event will be played with LIFT, CLEAN & PLACE in ALL GENERAL AREAS.
***This event will be played with LIFT, CLEAN, RAKE & PLACE in ALL BUNKERS.
***Your responsibility is to be at the cart staging area, when opening announcements are called. "A" starting groups are responsible for teeing off 1st, upon arrival to starting hole, when your tee time is called.
***The "NEEDS TO PAY" List, will be located at the registration area.
**** Cedar Creek Driving Range will open at 6:30am on Saturday for all of your warm-up needs
**** The OFFICIAL SCORING AREA will be located at The Clubhouse @ Cedar Creek. All golfers, please promptly turn in your SIGNED OFFICIAL SCORECARD immediately following completion of play.
**** STX Am TOUR OPTIONAL SKINS - This week's optional skins game will be offered at The Registration area prior to teeing off.
~ REMINDER - Skins games will change and vary, based on the style of game and tournament format. Inquire at the golfer check-in area, with questions about this event's skins game.

Thank you for your participation in The 2023 STX Am Tour Summer Season Event #4.
Few courses create such great views, create such challenging shots and create such vivid memories, good or bad that we all share after a round there!
Cedar Creek is one of those courses and it’s hosting one of the most fun events of the season!
Modified Alternate Shot at Cedar brings people together and tests friendships and skill!
We will have the range and day of registration table open at 6:30am and are excited to make sure we get this fun event in and hopefully stay a little cooler!

The STX Am Tour is happy to have GOLF GENIUS LIVE MOBILE SCORING @ Cedar Creek this weekend.
Golf Genius is a real time scoring app to enhance the tournament atmosphere of The STX Am Tour.
Each Golfer will receive a separate email with specific directions for Golf Genius.
Please take the time, in advance of your tee time, to download the GOLF GENIUS APP from the app store on your smartphone.
Each foursome will get a tutorial on how to use golf genius prior to your tee time.
The STX Am Tour will continue to use paper scorecards as THE OFFICIAL SCORECARD.
The Golf Genius email will contain a GGID CODE for EACH FOURSOME.
One player in the group will enter the scores for the foursome. This will populate REAL TIME LEADERBOARD and REAL TIME SKINS!

For the 2023 Tour Seasons, the Senior Golfer category will be eligible at 50 years of age. This aligns with the USGA Senior golfer age. All golfers that meet the age requirement, will have the opportunity to play from a reduced yardage set of tees. (Approx. 8-12% reduction)

The 2023 STX AM Tour ~ Alamo City Golf Trail Division will utilize (up to) 4 sets of TOUR TEE MARKERS at each event. BLACK, BLUE, GREEN & WHITE.
- *The BLACK TOUR TEES will use the course rating of the Trail course BLUE Tees.
- *The BLUE TOUR TEES will use a proprietary rating of 33% less than the course BLUE rating.
- *The GREEN TOUR TEES will use a proprietary rating of 33% more than the course WHITE rating.
- *The WHITE TOUR TEES will use the course rating of the Trail course WHITE Tees.
