Individual Stroke Play • 1.5X Points • Olmos Basin Golf Course • June 27, 2026
Summer Event #2 is in the books at Olmos Basin Golf Course, and just over 100 golfers across five flights showed out in full South Texas summer fashion. Hot, competitive, and full of the kind of drama that makes the STX Am Tour what it is. A sincere shoutout to the golf staff and maintenance crew at Olmos Basin and the effort they put in to get OLMOS BASIN tournament-ready by Saturday, the hard work didn't go unnoticed.
Five flights. Ten victory cookie winners. One eagle on 18 that changed everything. And one name that rocketed to the top of the summer standings. Let's get into it.
The Eagle on 18 — Graig Keough, First Flight. Graig Keough made one of the most clutch shots of the summer season when it mattered most — an eagle on the 18th hole to force a scorecard playoff with Dennis Denoski. Keough then won the playoff on the third extra hole. That eagle didn't just win the flight — it's the kind of moment that gets talked about all season long.
Allen Collins Takes the Points Lead — Second Flight Gross. Allen Collins posted a one-shot victory in Second Flight, and the win did more than earn him victory cookies. It vaulted him 18 spots up the standings to claim the #1 position in the 2026 Summer Points Standings. Every point matters — and Collins just made his loudest statement of the summer.
Biggest Mover — Cory Frazier, up 42 spots. Cory Frazier's net victory in Second Flight — a 66 (-6) — was the catalyst for the biggest single-event points jump in the top 10 this week. Up 42 spots to 7th place. That's what showing up and playing your best golf can do in one afternoon.
Seth Henry rockets up 33 spots. Championship Flight net winner Seth Henry matched the gross leader with a 68 (-4) on the net side and surged 33 positions to 4th place in the summer standings. A huge day for Henry.
Summer Event #3 is next Sunday at Cedar Creek — Double Points, Double Bonuses. The standings are heating up. See you there.

This event is a 1.5X POINTS EVENT , with STANDARD Flight Bonuses (200pts = 1st Place Gross- 187.5 = 1st Place Net)

GOLF GENIUS EMAIL TO BE SENT at a LATER TIME.
The STX Am Tour is happy to have GOLF GENIUS LIVE MOBILE SCORING @ OLMOS BASIN. Golf Genius is a real time scoring app to enhance the tournament atmosphere of The STX Am Tour. Each Golfer will receive a separate email with specific directions for Golf Genius. Please take the time, in advance of your tee time, to download the GOLF GENIUS APP from the app store on your smartphone. Each foursome will get a tutorial on how to use golf genius prior to your tee time.
The STX Am Tour will continue to use paper scorecards as THE OFFICIAL SCORECARD.
- The Golf Genius email will contain a GGID CODE for EACH FOURSOME.
- One player in the group will enter the scores for the foursome.
- This will populate REAL TIME LEADERBOARD and REAL TIME SKINS!
- The paper scorecard and the digital Golf Genius scorecard will act as each others double check. In addition, the paper scorecard must be signed by multiple members of the pairing, and turned into the scoring tent.

For the 2026 Tour Seasons, the Senior Golfer category will be eligible at 50 years of age. This aligns with the USGA Senior golfer age. All golfers that meet the age requirement, will have the opportunity to play from a reduced yardage set of tees. (Approx. 6-11% reduction)

The 2026 STX AM Tour ~ Alamo City Golf Trail Division will utilize (up to) 4 sets of TOUR TEE MARKERS at each event. BLACK, BLUE, GREEN & WHITE.
- *The BLACK TOUR TEES will use the course rating of the Trail course BLUE Tees.
- *The BLUE TOUR TEES will use a proprietary rating of 33% less than the course BLUE rating.
