2026 STX Am Tour ~ Summer Event #7 - Stroke Play @ Northern Hills GC ~ OFFICIAL RESULTS!!
THREE FLIGHTS, THREE PLAYOFFS
AT NORTHERN HILLS
Summer Event #7 wrapped up Sunday at Northern Hills Golf Course, and the scorecards did the talking — three flights, three tight finishes, and three separate scorecard playoffs needed just to sort out the winners. Every flight plays for the same points and the same prizes on Tour, and Sunday proved it again: there was drama at the top of all three boards, not just one.
CHAMPIONSHIP FLIGHT
Eric Christensen carded the low round of the day at 2-under 70 to take the Championship Flight gross title outright. Right behind him at even par, Jeremy Jaramillo turned in the field's second-best gross round of the tournament — and then turned right around and topped the Net board too, at 2-under 70, needing a scorecard playoff to hold off Bradley Gilbert, who matched him shot for shot.
FIRST FLIGHT
First Flight gross came down to a three-way tie at 8-over 80 between Graig Keough, Terry Bleecker, and Dale Beavers — STX Am Tour never settles a flight on a tie, so it took a scorecard playoff to sort out the podium, with Keough coming out on top.
On the net side, Cory Frazier was the only player in the flight to break par, going even-par 72 to win outright by a stroke over Arthur Mesa and DJ Burke, who tied for second.
SECOND FLIGHT
The best number of the entire tournament belonged to Second Flight — Jakob Crabtree carded a net 4-under 68, though as the flight's gross winner (a scorecard-playoff win over Darren Cormier, both at 12-over 84) that score counts toward the gross board instead.
That left Colin Nicholson to claim the net title outright at 3-under 69, three clear of Andrew Huddleston in second.

GOLF GENIUS:
GOLF GENIUS EMAIL TO BE SENT at a LATER TIME.
The STX Am Tour is happy to have GOLF GENIUS LIVE MOBILE SCORING @ Northern Hills GC. Golf Genius is a real time scoring app to enhance the tournament atmosphere of The STX Am Tour. Each Golfer will receive a separate email with specific directions for Golf Genius. Please take the time, in advance of your tee time, to download the GOLF GENIUS APP from the app store on your smartphone. Each foursome will get a tutorial on how to use golf genius prior to your tee time.
The STX Am Tour will continue to use paper scorecards as THE OFFICIAL SCORECARD.
- The Golf Genius email will contain a GGID CODE for EACH FOURSOME.
- One player in the group will enter the scores for the foursome.
- This will populate REAL TIME LEADERBOARD and REAL TIME SKINS!
- The paper scorecard and the digital Golf Genius scorecard will act as each others double check. In addition, the paper scorecard must be signed by multiple members of the pairing, and turned into the scoring tent.

For the 2026 Tour Seasons, the Senior Golfer category will be eligible at 50 years of age. This aligns with the USGA Senior golfer age. All golfers that meet the age requirement, will have the opportunity to play from a reduced yardage set of tees. (Approx. 6-11% reduction)
*STX AM TOUR Tee Markers :
The 2026 STX AM Tour ~ Alamo City Golf Trail Division will utilize (up to) 4 sets of TOUR TEE MARKERS at each event. BLACK, BLUE, GREEN & WHITE.
- *The BLACK TOUR TEES will use the course rating of the Trail course BLUE Tees.
- *The BLUE TOUR TEES will use a proprietary rating of 33% less than the course BLUE rating.
- *The GREEN TOUR TEES will use a proprietary rating of 33% more than the course WHITE rating.

Notice to Competitors
Registration for Summer Event #7 closed today, September 9th, at 5:00 PM, as advertised, and the field for Northern Hills GC is officially set. Sunday, September 13th brings another chapter in the individual stroke play season, and every competitor locked in has earned their tee time through the standings. Tee times and pairings go out with the First Notice to Players tomorrow, Thursday, September 10th, so keep an eye on your inbox.
Play begins with a progressive tee time start off Hole #1 at 8:30 AM, and the Northern Hills driving range opens at 7:00 AM tournament day, reserved exclusively for STX Am Tour golfers. If you missed this window and want in should a spot open up, email info@stxamtour.golf to join the waiting list. For everything else, tee times, pairings, and results as they come in, check back at stxamtour.golf.
