******** Please be advised that the golf course metrics within golf genius do not currently represent the actual golf course @ Olympia Hills. The course within Golf Genius golf course will be updated prior to 10am on Sunday.- ********Due to construction, Holes #1 & #3 will be played as Par 3's.
- Olympia Hills GC will play as a PAR 69.
- Event Check-in, Registration, Skins & To Pay List will be available at the starters tent at the first tee box.
This event is a DOUBLE POINTS EVENT with Double Team Bonuses
Every spot in the point standings reflects onto your starting position in the playoffs. The TOP 72 in GHCD Regular Season Point Standings will be invited to The Playoffs @ TPC San Antonio! EVERY POINT MATTERS!!!
05/05/2024 ~ Individual Stroke Play - Stroke play is a format of play where a player competes against all others in their respective flights, by comparing a total score for one or more rounds. In regular, individual stroke play, you need to hole out on every hole. Each hole score for every hole in the round is added up to calculate your final score.

- ALL WEATHER RELATED INFORMATION WILL BE COMMUNICATED TO THE ENTIRE FIELD VIA EMAIL. It will also be posted on The Tour’s social media channels.
- Flight Placement Dictates TEE BOX SELECTION!
- ***This event will be played with LIFT, CLEAN & PLACE in ALL GENERAL AREAS.
- ***This event will be played with LIFT, CLEAN, RAKE & PLACE in ALL BUNKERS.
- ***Your responsibility is to be at the Starters Area when your tee time is called.
- ***The "NEEDS TO PAY" List, will be located at the starters tent area, located at the 1st tee
- ****Range Balls are included in your tournament entry fee. The Driving Range opens at daylight.
- **** The OFFICIAL SCORING AREA will be located at The Olympia Hills Clubhouse. All golfers, please promptly turn in your SIGNED OFFICIAL SCORECARD immediately following completion of play.
- The PAPER SCOREBOARDS will serve as THE OFFICIAL RESULTS of STX Am Tour ~ GHCD Event #3

- This week's optional skins game will be offered at The Starters Tent prior to teeing off.
- REMINDER - Skins games will change and vary, based on the style of game and tournament format. Inquire at the golfer check-in area, with questions about this event's skins game.

Thank you for your participation in The 2024 STX Am Tour ~ Greater Hill Country Division ~ first ever STROKE PLAY EVENT, being held @ Olympia Hills GC on SUN. MAY 5th!
Get ready to experience the thrill of competing on STX Am Tour ~ Greater Hill Country Division!
Modeled after the success of The STX Am Tour ~ Alamo City Golf Trail Division, the Greater Hill Country Division will maintain the same tried-and-true Gross/Net, Flighted format. This ensures that every golfer, regardless of skill level, has an equal opportunity to excel and claim victory at each event.
We are absolutely thrilled about the launch of this expansion, which aims to provide even more access to elite amateur golf competitions for the golfers of the greater San Antonio and Austin region.
The Ultimate Goal: The Greater Hill Country Division will award two automatic team spots to this year’s South Texas Match Play Challenge Team. The 11th annual South Texas Match Play Challenge will be held at the recently renovated RIVERSIDE GC in November. The STX Am Tour holds a 7-3 series advantage over The Houston Amateur Golf Association.

GOLF GENIUS:
GOLF GENIUS EMAIL TO BE SENT at a LATER TIME.
The STX Am Tour is happy to have GOLF GENIUS LIVE MOBILE SCORING @ Olympia Hills GC. Golf Genius is a real time scoring app to enhance the tournament atmosphere of The STX Am Tour. Each Golfer will receive a separate email with specific directions for Golf Genius. Please take the time, in advance of your tee time, to download the GOLF GENIUS APP from the app store on your smartphone. Each foursome will get a tutorial on how to use golf genius prior to your tee time.
The STX Am Tour will continue to use paper scorecards as THE OFFICIAL SCORECARD.
- The Golf Genius email will contain a GGID CODE for EACH FOURSOME.
- One player in the group will enter the scores for the foursome.
- This will populate REAL TIME LEADERBOARD and REAL TIME SKINS!

For the 2024 Tour Seasons, the Senior Golfer category will be eligible at 50 years of age. This aligns with the USGA Senior golfer age. All golfers that meet the age requirement, will have the opportunity to play from a reduced yardage set of tees. (Approx. 8-12% reduction)
