You can be issued a refund or Tour credit if it is before pairings are announced. If it is after the first announcement of pairings, you can only be given a Tour credit. If it is after the second announcement of pairings or you no-show, you will receive neither a refund nor credit. Please follow up if you have not received a confirmation email in 2 business days. By signing up for this event, you grant the South Texas Amateur Golf Tour the right to use your image and likeness in photographs and videos for marketing and promotional purposes, including but not limited to advertising, social media, The South Texas Amateur Golf Tour website & The STX Am Tour Power-hour Podcast. You understand and agree that these materials may be used without compensation and that you waive any right to inspect or approve the finished materials. The South Texas Amateur Golf Tour reserves the right to use, edit, copy, and distribute any and all materials in which your image or likeness appears. If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, it is your responsibility to inform the event organizers in writing prior to the event. By participating in this event, you consent to the use of your image and likeness as described above. (Ghin, Handicomp or 75% of ACGT Division) If golfer does not have a verifiable handicap, please enter an avg. score for flight placement only, ****PLAY AT YOUR OWN RICK POLICY UPDATE **** By participating in the South Texas Amateur Golf Tour events, you acknowledge and agree that golf is a sport played outside in potentially hazardous environments, including but not limited to adverse weather conditions, uneven terrain, and wildlife such as snakes. As a participant, you accept and understand the inherent risks associated with playing golf in such environments and agree to play at your own risk. It is your responsibility to exercise caution and take necessary precautions while playing on the course during the tournament.

Golfer 1 should be the person paying for both people to play in the South Texas Amateur Tour event.
