**** Please double check your flights & starting tee times.
Flight Placement Dictates TEE BOX SELECTION!
***MANY PAIRINGS HAVE CHANGED***
***Your responsibility is to be at the #1 Tee Box, when your tee time is called.
***The "NEEDS TO PAY" List, will be located at the starters tent area.
**** STX Am TOUR OPTIONAL SKINS - This week's optional skins game will be offered at The Starters Tent prior to teeing off.
~ REMINDER - Skins games will change and vary, based on the style of game and tournament format. Inquire at the golfer check-in area, with questions about this event's skins game.
~$20/player **OPTIONAL PARTICIPATION WITHIN YOUR OWN FLIGHT! ~Gross Skins in ALL FLIGHTS
**** San Pedro Driving Range will open at approx. 6:30am on Saturday, March 25th.
**** The OFFICIAL SCORING AREA will be located in The upper Clubhouse @ Olmos Basin.

The 2023 STX Am Tour SPRING Season, returns to the undulating green complexes of Olmos Basin GC for the 3rd Individual event of the year!
This is a DOUBLE POINTS EVENT + Standard Flight BONUSES

The race for a Tour Championship and a coveted spot on
the 2023 South Texas Match Play Team continues this coming Saturday @ Olmos Basin!

* Saturday, March 25th, 2023 - Progressive Tee Time Start, beginning @ 7:40am.

* FORMAT - 18 hole - Stroke Play - Gross and Net
* The 2nd Notice to Players email will be sent no later than, Fri, 3/24/23 with more tournament information, Including:
- Updated Flights/Tee Times, Golf Genius Info, prize fund, points distro, Skins, etc....
* San Pedro Driving Range will open at 6:30 am on Saturday, March 25th for all your early morning warm-up needs.
*Event Check-in, Registration, Skins & To Pay List Opens @ 7:00am @ The 1st Tee Box @ Olmos.
*This event is a DOUBLE Points Event with Standard Flight Bonuses.
~ 50pt Flight Bonus Gross. 250pts total for 1st place gross.
~ 45pt Flight Bonus Net. 235pts total for 1st place net.
Every spot in the point standings reflects onto your starting position in the playoffs and the TOP 3 in The Spring Season earn an automatic spot on The 2023 STMPC Team.

GOLF GENIUS:
GOLF GENIUS EMAIL TO BE SENT at a LATER TIME
The STX Am Tour is happy to have GOLF GENIUS LIVE MOBILE SCORING @ Olmos next weekend.
Golf Genius is a real time scoring app to enhance the tournament atmosphere of The STX Am Tour.
Each Golfer will receive a separate email with specific directions for Golf Genius.
Please take the time, in advance of your tee time, to download the GOLF GENIUS APP from the app store on your smartphone.
Each foursome will get a tutorial on how to use golf genius prior to your tee time.
The STX Am Tour will continue to use paper scorecards as THE OFFICIAL SCORECARD.
The Golf Genius email will contain a GGID CODE for EACH FOURSOME.
One player in the group will enter the scores for the foursome. This will populate REAL TIME LEADERBOARD and REAL TIME SKINS!

2nd Place - 90pts (85pts Net)

*STX AM TOUR - 2023 SENIOR AGE :
For the 2023 Tour Seasons, the Senior Golfer category will be eligible at 50 years of age. This aligns with the USGA Senior golfer age. All golfers that meet the age requirement, will have the opportunity to play from a reduced yardage set of tees. (Approx. 8-12% reduction)
*STX AM TOUR Tee Markers :
The 2023 STX AM Tour ~ Alamo City Golf Trail Division will utilize (up to) 4 sets of TOUR TEE MARKERS at each event. BLACK, BLUE, GREEN & WHITE.
*The BLACK TOUR TEES will use the course rating of the Trail course BLUE Tees.
*The BLUE TOUR TEES will use a proprietary rating of 33% less than the course BLUE rating.
*The GREEN TOUR TEES will use a proprietary rating of 33% more than the course WHITE rating.
*The WHITE TOUR TEES will use the course rating of the Trail course WHITE Tees.
